  • This interactive map, created with assistance from the SCRD, shows a variety of information about Halfmoon Bay which is relevant to the renewal of the Official Community Plan. Some guidance on using the map:
    1) Note that the ‘Project Area’ includes all private, crown, federal, municipal, First Nation and mixed ownership land.
    2) Click on the Layers button (top of side bar on left) to modify the interactive map with a variety of information overlaid on Halfmoon Bay, including:
    
    • Property type and SCRD Electoral Area boundaries
    • Development Permit Areas
    • Streams, watersheds and aquifers
    • Biogeoclimatic zones such as Coastal Douglas-fir ecosystems (CDF, CDFmm)
