Purpose: To obtain membership approval by an ordinary resolution for the expenditure of a maximum or $222,348.00 for repairs and renovations to Coopers Green Hall.
Notes:
As required in the ‘License to Occupy’ agreement with the SCRD, repairs and renovations shown in the documents below Agenda were approved by the SCRD Board on March 26, 2026.
As required by the HBCA Bylaws Section 7.3, where the expenditure for an item or service does, or is expected to exceed $5,000.00, the expenditure must be supported by a vote of a majority of its members at a general meeting.

Determination of quorum.
Approve the agenda.
Approve by ordinary resolution the expenditure of up to $222,348.00 for repairs and alterations to the Coopers Green Hall as per the list and plans below.
Appoint Andy Jones-Cox to the board of directors as a director at large.
Terminate the meeting.
