Open to everybody, no matter your level of experience. Practising yoga with the support of a chair helps improve flexibility, posture, balance, joint health and overall strength, while also reducing chronic pain and stress.  As your comfort and strength increase, everyday activities become easier and more enjoyable.  Each pose will include a range of options so you can choose the variation that feels best for you.
