AGM – June 13 – 6:30 p.m. Coopers Green
The HBCA will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting at Coopers Green Hall on Thursday, June 13, commencing at 6:30 p.m. The public are welcome.
The Board has prepared a 2024 Financial Statements.

Information was emailed to membership on May 28th.
Voting Eligibility:
- New members must have held a membership for 30 days prior to the AGM (this includes those received on or before May 13th).
- Existing members must have a valid membership (renewals prior to the AGM).
- Voting will take place in person.
