Spring is coming soon! Its wonderful to see so many residents cleaning up their flower and garden beds to ready them for planting.
The Spring Market on March 25th from 10am to 3pm. will help you grow your garden to its maximum potential. Michelle is excited to partner with One Straw Society for a Seed Swap/Tuber Trade. The seed exchange (see the poster below) is part of the Society’s Seeds of March Seedy Saturdays program. Not only will there be a seed exchange, but…you can’t grow plants if you don’t have bees. You can learn all about Pollinators & Native Bees workshop. And you can’t grow plants if you don’t have healthy soil; bring a soil sample from your garden and bring it to the Soil Health Microscopy workshop to find out about your soil’s health. One Straw Society provides lots of information on their website!
The Halfmoon Bay Community Association will be there with its red and white tent – come on over and buy a bag of popcorn and check out our 2023 calendar of events.
Grab a pizza and a pop from Reggie King – he’ll be there with his wood-burning pizza oven.
