February 21, 2024 The Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) made a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for the Operations of Coopers Green Hall with a closing date of March 11, 2024.
The SCRD is requesting expressions of interest from interested parties for options to oversee the operations of Coopers Green Hall. This RFEI is intended to determine whether or not there is sufficient market interest to proceed to a competitive process. In the event there is sufficient interest in this requirement, the SCRD may, but is not obligated to, initiate a competitive opportunity.
