On October 13th, the fate of the new Hall at Coopers Green Park is once again in the hands of the SCRD Board. Read here the SCRD Staff’s Construction update report (page 13, Annex C), and the HBCA Board response which emphasizes that the decision must be made to locate the Hall at Coopers Green (reasons cited in our response).
