The size of a community isn’t as important as the connection you have with it.
The HBCA Board is a group of hard-working volunteers whose Mission it is to foster community spirit and pride through engagement of the community it serves. The Association needs financial support to cover the costs of running the Association and putting on community events and activities.
Are you a resident and/or property owner in Halfmoon Bay (Area B)? If so, please show your commitment by purchasing a membership TODAY. By doing so, YOU demonstrate your willingness to support the community you live in. Renewing a membership? Please do so by mid-October to remain in good standing (after our AGM, we will discontinue using our old membership list). Form and payment information can be found at the bottom of this page.

There are those less fortunate in our community whose well-being relies on the generosity of others, whether its donating a skill, your time, a product, a service, or money…giving to others is one of the greatest ways you can be of service. Gratefulness is the REWARD – even a simple thank you tells you that you’ve enhanced the life of someone else.
Our events require LOTS of helping hands (young, old and in-between). From field crews setting up tents and tables, to ticket sellers and banner putter-uppers, to giving a hand with children’s activities. Other skills such as organizing, project management, contacting potential sponsors and donors, and running errands come in really handy during our very successful fundraising campaigns, through our Community Initiatives Program.
